Priorities:          1.         High-wide loads for Tacoma and beyond routed via Prairie       line.

2.         Loads and empties for Vancouver to Tacoma and beyond.

 

Grouping:         1.         Shorts, Vancouver to Rocky Point.

2.         Centralia.

3.         Prairie Line.

4.         Tacoma and beyond.

5.         Caboose.
