Priorities: 1. All business for Seattle and south.

2. Business for Woodinville.

Grouping: 1. Shorts (Snohomish and Woodinville).

2. Kent Paper.

3. Tacoma to Vancouver.

4. Portland to Albany (12400).

5. Albany and beyond.

6. Auburn and east.

7. Caboose.

Snohomish: Receives from and delivers to industry if required.

Woodinville: Delivers to locals.

Receives from locals.

Orillia: Delivers to No 686 and Transfer Crews.

Auburn: Delivers to 600, 606, locals and transfers

Office of GST.
