Frequency: Daily except Sunday.

Purpose: Performs switching service, handles LCL, carloads of freight at all stations on 2^nd Sub., St Paul Division between Staples and Lake Park, Minn. Preponderance of station work at Wadena, Perham and Detroit Lakes, Minn. Considerable handling of gravel from Becker County Sand and Gravel Co., Detroit Lakes during summer season and Ice Harvest there during winter. Important customers: Merickles Northern Co-Op, Peterson-Biddick and Wadena Silo at Wadena, Minn.; Feed Producers Assn., Pine Lakes Feed, Land O’ Lakes Creamery and Mac’s Farm Supply at Perham; Becker Sand & Gravel, Swift & Co., Wilcox Lumber Co., and City of Detroit Lakes at Detroit Lakes.

Traffic Handled: Coal, lumber products, sand and gravel, dry milk, fertilizer, seed and feed.

Schedule: On duty Staples 7:10 AM.

Connection: Trains 605 and 631.
