Idaho Division Local Train Brief

Train: Nos. 1139 - 1140 Pullman-Moscow Switcher

Frequency: Daily except Sunday.

Purpose: Performs all local switching Marshall to Juliaetta except Pullman-Moscow and Genesee Branch.

Traffic Handled: Miscellaneous commercial loads and empties for Pullman, Moscow, grain and peas from Genesee Branch.

Schedule: On duty Pullman 7:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, runs to Joel as required and on Tuesday and Friday, in addition to Pullman, Moscow switching, does all local work Pullman to Genesee.

Connection:

Terminal Handling: Connects with U.P.R.R. at Moscow and cars from Pullman, Moscow and Genesee Branch are picked up by 661-662 and 1135-1136 which are placed in blocks.

On-Line

Performance: This train supplemented during peak seasons by extra units on Genesee Branch.
