Idaho Division Local Train Brief

Train: Nos. 1067 – 1068 Paradise-Weeksville Switcher

Frequency: Daily except Saturday.

Purpose: Perform local switching at Paradise and Plains as required.

Traffic Handled: Logs, wood chips, lumber products, and Company ties.

Schedule: On duty Paradise 1:30 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 Sunday.

Connection: Plains loads and empties connect with R.M. yard makeup, 607 and DF west.

Terminal Handling: Performs all switching at Paradise which consists of making up Paradise-Trout Creek Local 6 days per week, make up Polson Local Monday, Wednesday and Friday and switching through dead freight as required; also does considerable switching at NP Tie Plant and Plains.
